About Hark
Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory.
We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world.
To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems.
About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Staff / Global Supply Chain Manager to help build and scale the supply chain foundation behind Hark products. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels; building supplier ecosystems, driving sourcing strategy, and enabling manufacturing readiness for complex, high-performance hardware.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, contract manufacturers, and strategic suppliers to bring critical technologies and components from concept through mass production. You will be responsible for supply continuity, cost competitiveness, quality, flexibility, and ramp execution across a broad range of custom and highly technical parts. This role requires strong commercial judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to move quickly in an environment where the product, supply base, and processes are being built in parallel.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a build role. You will help define how Hark industrializes new technologies, selects and develops suppliers, negotiates key commercial terms, and creates resilient supply strategies that support aggressive product goals. You must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, making hard tradeoffs, and driving alignment across internal teams and external partners.

- Drive strategic negotiations with suppliers on piece pricing, development scope, and technical execution, aligning cost targets, quality standards, and performance requirements to deliver high-quality components and modules for next-generation AI hardware
- Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to define detailed specifications for advanced AI hardware systems and components, ensuring seamless integration, manufacturability, and optimal product performance
- Continuously monitor market developments and stay on advancements in AI hardware technologies, component architectures, and integrated systems to identify leading-edge solutions that improve product performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Hark’s long-term vision for next-generation AI hardware, ensuring the right suppliers, technologies, and manufacturing partners are in place to meet evolving product and scaling demands
- Spearhead cost reduction initiatives that balance efficiency with uncompromising quality, reliability, and performance, optimizing the supply chain for advanced AI hardware components, modules, and related assemblies
