Position Overview

Data collection is a critical component of building robotic intelligence, and we're looking for operators who have a high degree of attention to detail, ability to learn and follow instructions for new setups and tasks quickly, and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic systems for assigned tasks (e.g., packing, insertion, assembly, etc.).
- Follow established procedures for teleoperation and data collection.
- Maintain efficiency, safety, and instructional accuracy in robotic operations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and performance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Physical ability to remain seated for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate and follow instructions
- Baseline technical literacy
Other Details
- This role requires you to be available for a minimum of 3 8-hour shifts per week.
- You will be expected to meet a bar of performance on both the quality and quantity of the data you collect.
