AI Engineer (LLMs / Agents / RAG)

We’re working with an early-stage AI startup that’s building systems to automate complex financial workflows using large language models.
They’ve recently raised and are now scaling the engineering team, looking to hire multiple engineers to help design and build their core product.
The work
- Building LLM-powered systems in production (not research)
- Designing RAG pipelines and agent-based workflows
- Working across backend, infra, and AI systems
- Integrating models into real-world financial data and workflows
- Improving performance, reliability, and evaluation of AI systems
This is hands-on, applied work — shipping real products used by customers.
What they’re looking for
- Experience building ML / AI systems in production
- Strong Python and backend engineering skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (RAG, agents, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Comfortable in a startup environment with a high level of ownership
