Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or C# and agentic frameworks, enabling them to build robust AI solutions. You will be responsible for integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and databases, ensuring real-world functionality and data retrieval. Your role will involve prompt engineering and evaluation, deploying agents using cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions. Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning will be crucial for innovation in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using Python or C# and agentic frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with internal enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
- Design effective prompts, system messages, and guardrails to manage agent behavior.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to monitor agent performance and accuracy.
- Deploy agents to production environments using cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in AI agents and machine learning to recommend new tools and methodologies.
Essential Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or C# with experience in related libraries and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models, natural language processing, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with APIs, microservices, and version control.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud computing platforms for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize complex AI systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience building agents or conversational AI applications using specific tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration patterns and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy practices, and Responsible AI principles.
