Looking for an experienced Marketing Insights / UX Researcher to join and support research across Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. The role focuses on conducting quantitative & qualitative research, using SPSS or R, and turning insights into strategies that improve creator experiences and marketing impact.

Duration: 8+ Months.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and horizontally across insights and research functions within marketing teams and brand organizations
- Experience turning insights into strategy, with achievements that demonstrate adoption and impact
- Strong research skills (quantitative and qualitative)
Qualitative Testing:
- Experience with ABI (Attitude, Behavior, and Intent) methods for qualitative research and testing.
Quantitative Analysis:
- Proficiency in using SPSS or R for quantitative data analysis.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience conducting research directly with creators
- Monetization experience, including strategies for selling products or features
- Use of AI tools to drive research
- This Marketing Insights Researcher will support research across Family of Apps (Facebook, Instagram, Edits, Threads) to identify and champion the needs of creators to help them unlock more value from their app experience, helping us win with our target audiences. The Marketing Insights Researcher is as much a strategist as a researcher. They will design, execute, and deliver high-impact primary and secondary research (both quantitative and qualitative) in order to develop strategic recommendations and drive outcomes for the business.
- The ideal candidate will be AI-native and a flexible and agile market research expert with phenomenal analytical and communication skills. Experience with market research in a tech environment, social media category, or creator audience is a plus. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- Lead research that addresses core business problems for Instagram
- Design and execute innovative quantitative and qualitative research to support the marketing organization, Family of Apps, and large companies
- Translate research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that will have an effect on reaching hundreds of millions of people
- Test creative execution and contribute to campaign insights
- Inspire product creation and influence product roadmaps to bring our brand to life within the product
- Communicate effectively in order to motivate people to take action in marketing and across the organization
Typical Day-to-Day in the role
- Fluent in brand strategies for Instagram and Facebook, both holistically and with a focus on creators
- Participate in conversations and meetings to understand the strategic environment and identify research needs
- Identify research spaces and scope out research projects appropriately
- Develop research plans and execute them
- Use research findings to drive business decisions
