The Role
We’re looking for a Delivery / Project Manager to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects across AI, Data, and Engineering for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and people management skills with a genuine passion for technology and innovation. You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials.
• Maintain high-quality delivery standards and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects.
• Apply and adapt Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs.
• Track and assess project performance, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
• Drive clear and transparent stakeholder communication, managing expectations at all levels.
• Monitor project health, including risks, sentiment, and financials.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate RAG/RAID tracking and provide clear visibility into project status.
Requirements
Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a tech, consulting, or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks.
Skilled in JIRA or similar project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing).
Demonstrated people management experience — mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects
A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience working in tech consulting — exposure to a variety of projects and clients.
Previous experience in a small agency or tech company, where adaptability and ownership are key.
Familiarity with foreign markets and international clients.
Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g. CSM, Prince2, AgilePM).
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
