About us
Artificial Intelligence could be one of humanity’s most useful inventions. At Google DeepMind, we’re a team of scientists, engineers, machine learning experts and more, working together to advance the state of the art in artificial intelligence. We use our technologies for widespread public benefit and scientific discovery, and collaborate with others on critical challenges, ensuring safety and ethics are the highest priority.
The Role
GDM’s People & Culture (P&C) team is on a mission to empower our people to do their best work. The Talent Management (**not Talent Acquisition) team sits within the P&C organization and is responsible for helping leaders, managers and P&C understand our talent and make intentional decisions based on that understanding. Collaborating with other P&C teams, as well as business leaders and managers across the organisation, we execute on a critical component of P&C Strategy that develops the culture and environment that enables the advancement of AI research.
Our team's approach is data-driven, integrated with business goals, agile in response to market changes, and empowering for our leaders. We leverage performance and talent data to drive strategic talent decisions, invest in critical areas, and enable a resilient and elite-performing GDM.
We are looking for someone who can help our team turbo-charge their efforts by applying a process improvement lens, particularly focused on improving our data analysis capabilities. Our organization continues to grow quickly and we need your help in scaling our efforts!
