You will lead the development of enterprise-grade agentic workflows, moving beyond simple demos to architecting robust orchestration layers. Responsible for the entire agent lifecycle from system design and prompt engineering to latency optimization and rigorous evaluation you will define AI engineering best practices while mentoring a talented team of engineers.

What you will do:
- Lead the design of multi-agent systems capable of handling long-running, asynchronous enterprise tasks and complex tool definitions.
- Build automated evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy and success metrics, ensuring production-grade reliability and minimal hallucinations.
- Optimize RAG pipelines and model selection to balance performance, cost, and latency for massive scale operations.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a deep focus on LLM orchestration, productionizing RAG, and expert-level Python skills.
- Proven track record in LLMOps, including monitoring, tracing, and designing modular, testable code for AI applications.
- Pragmatic problem-solver who understands both the modern data stack and when to apply simple heuristics versus complex agentic behaviors.
