The Mission
RevReply already handles what no human team can do at scale — but we're building toward something far more ambitious.
Our goal is to create the world's most powerful autonomous conversion agent: a system that doesn't just respond to leads, but actively reasons about them. One that understands where each lead stands, adapts in real time, and drives every interaction toward a completed outcome — with the intelligence and precision of a top-performing sales rep.
We're heads-down building it. The details stay close to the chest, but the mission is clear: make sure every lead that ever shows interest has the best possible chance of converting.
The Role
You'll be the AI engineering lead — working directly with our founders and CTO to architect and ship the intelligence layer that powers RevReply. This isn't a support role. You'll own the AI systems that drive our core product and help define where we go next.
What You'll Own:
• AI systems behind prospect mirroring, intent classification, dynamic objection handling, delegation routing, and meeting orchestration
• Agentic AI workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) that reason about sales objectives and adapt in real time
• RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and prompt engineering frameworks built for production-grade sales AI
• AI strategy alongside the CTO — evaluating new models and techniques, shipping at startup speed, iterating on live data
Who We're Looking For
We want someone experienced, ownership-driven, and ready to hit the ground running at an early stage. If you've built production AI, you understand the nuance of sales conversations, and you want real equity upside with a team that's already proving itself — read on.
Required:
• 8+ years developing AI/ML systems (or Master's + 1 year)
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development
• 3+ years deploying scalable AI on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Kubernetes
• 3+ years working with sales software — you understand how sales works, not just technically
• 3+ years building agentic AI systems with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• 3+ years with vector databases, RAG architectures, and retrieval-augmented workflows
• 2+ years in a software architecture role
Bonus Points:
• Experience in a key technical role at an early-stage startup
• PHP Laravel + Next.js experience
• Integrations with lead gen platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Emailbison)
• 5+ years with sales-based SaaS products in a lead or architect capacity
