Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong experience in Claude.Code and modern AI/LLM-driven application development. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems using large language models, agentic workflows, and scalable AI architectures. This role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to translate business problems into production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-based solutions using Claude.Code and related frameworks.
- Build prompt engineering strategies, agent workflows, and tool-augmented LLM applications.
- Integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability for production environments.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI-driven use cases.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance for AI solutions.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience with a strong AI/ML focus.
- Hands-on experience with Claude.Code (prompting, agents, tools, workflows).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models).
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of data engineering, NLP, or ML pipelines.
- Experience working in hybrid or enterprise-scale environments.
