We are seeking a Data Storyteller who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, system performance, and creative visualization. In this role, you will transform sophisticated performance data into clear, actionable stories that guide improvements in AI system efficiency—from GPU utilization to software optimization. You’ll combine engineering insight with design thinking to build data tools, visualization platforms, and storytelling frameworks that help teams make better, faster decisions.
What you'll be doing:
Own the data platform that is used to collect and analyze performance data that is critical to understanding hardware, driver, and software performance
Discover compelling data-driven stories that will lead to improvements in our performance analysis process
Build and develop intuitive, high-performance data visualization tools to display AI system efficiency, utilization, and bottlenecks across large-scale GPU clusters.
Build automated analytics pipelines to transform and visualize performance data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with software engineers, GPU architects, and AI researchers to build visual interfaces that reveal system-level performance patterns and opportunities for optimization.
Establish visualization guidelines and approaches to interpret complex numerical and profiling data for diverse technical audiences.
Drive innovation in user experience for AI performance dashboards through user research, prototyping, and iteration.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Visualization, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in data analytics or data visualization.
Strong programming skills in data visualization libraries.
Deep understanding of numerical data analysis, statistical charting, and visual storytelling for technical users.
Experience crafting polished UI/UX experiences tailored to technical audiences (engineers, data scientists).
Strong background in system performance analysis techniques, metrics, and profiling data structures.
Proven ability to transform large, multidimensional datasets into clear, interactive visuals that drive decision-making.
Proficiency in scripting language, such as Python, bash, etc.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with AI infrastructure performance visualization, GPU profiling, or cloud-scale system analytics.
Familiarity with GPU computing environments and deep learning frameworks.
Background in performance engineering or AI/ML tools development.
Strong build sensibility with a portfolio demonstrating interactive data visualizations for complex systems.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
