Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong statistical knowledge, programming expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources
Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies
Design and implement data-driven experiments and A/B testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and leadership
Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations
Optimize data processes and improve data quality standards
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related role (experience level may vary)
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
Experience with SQL and working with large databases
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, etc.)
