Applied AI Engineer

$200k–$250k base + equity
We're working with a well-funded, crypto-native infrastructure company building mission-critical financial systems.
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer, someone who is a senior engineer who’s deeply invested in how AI can reshape software development - and more broadly transform engineering workflows, operations, and decision-making.
Who They’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on TypeScript experience
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g. Claude, code agents, wrappers) to real engineering workflows
- Proven experience shipping production systems
- Already deep into AI tooling (agents, custom configs, orchestration, automation pipelines, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
They’re building at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure and institutional finance, so engineering standards are high. This is a high-ownership role from day 1 - your impact will be felt across the business.
