Job Title: AI Engineer with Python

Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced , AI Engineer (Plano,TX). The ideal candidate must be working with solutioning for python with 5 years and integration with other modules. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical expertise communication skills .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Build and manage AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and similar tools
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models (LLMs)
- Integrate AI solutions with data platforms including Databricks and databases such as SQL and MongoDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable AI solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI applications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics
- Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with AI workflow/orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based applications
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions in enterprise environments
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI use cases, and AI model lifecycle management
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
