BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer – AWS for an On-site opportunity in Seattle, WA
Role: AI Engineer – AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Python)
Duration: 6+ Months
Locations: Seattle, WA
Anticipated Start Date: 02/23/2026
Job Type: Contract – On-Site
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build intelligent, AI-powered applications on AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI-driven applications using AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
- Build scalable APIs and services using API Gateway, Lambda, and container-based solutions
- Develop secure and high-performance data access layers for Redshift-based data platforms
- Implement features like natural language queries, intelligent search, and automated data classification
- Optimize queries, caching, and access controls for performance and security
- Integrate LLMs, vector search technologies, and ML frameworks into production systems
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure smooth integration with data platforms
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Experience with REST or GraphQL API development
- Knowledge of MLOps practices
- Experience with LLM integration and vector databases
- Strong understanding of scalable and secure cloud architecture (AWS)
