Key responsibilities
Your role will be to work closely with the rest of the research team and overlook the productionization and serving of our models. As a result you will work at the intersection of research and serving, ensuring that the models we are building reach our users in the state that ensures the best possible user experience. Your responsibilities will span areas like:
Model inference efficiency improvements
Model size optimisation
Improving user facing functionalities and libraries
Benchmarking and testing models
Must have
Strong knowledge of Python, Scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas
Experience working with speeding up machine learning models (both classical ML pipelines as well as modern deep learning systems)
Experience with ML models outside of the LLM space
Minimum 3+ years experience with PyTorch
Minimum 3+ years experience working with model efficiency
Nice to have
Experience with API building solutions
Published work (projects on GitHub, papers at these relevant conferences) on model efficiency
