You'll build all of this.
What you'll do:
- Build autonomous AI agents for every department (CFO, CRO, CSM, CTO, SDR, Recruiter)
- Implement AI features across all products (fraud detection, churn prediction, expense categorization, lead scoring)
- Design prompts and fine-tune models for financial and business workflows
- Build company knowledge graph (vector DB, RAG systems)
- Evaluate and optimize AI quality (accuracy, latency, cost)
- Train custom models when LLMs aren't enough
Who you are:
- 3+ years production ML/AI experience (not just research)
- Deep expertise with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
- Shipped AI products that users love
- Use LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate), evaluation frameworks
- Comfortable building fast with Cursor + Claude code
- Excited to make every feature intelligent
