The NVIDIA Linux for Edge team is looking for a Sr System Software Engineer to develop on the NVIDIA Jetson product family and many other NVIDIA products. As a Sr Engineer based in Shanghai, China, you will work on the most advanced current and future generations of Tegra SOCs and products.
What you'll be doing:
Develop, architect, and implement software solutions for BSP flashing, OTA, secure boot, and testing on Tegra platforms.
Work with the engineering team from concept through implementation of secure solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of new features.
Provide solutions for various software issues in complex systems and applications.
Analyze and optimize system performance to challenge at the highest levels.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement magnificent solutions that solve complex problems.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Embedded/Soc system software development.
Good experience with low-level software drivers and the kernel is a requirement.
Detailed knowledge of the bootloader, device driver, BSP flashing, and OTA.
Expertise in security/trusted software/system would be very useful.
Strong programming and debugging skills in C/Python/Shell with Linux environments.
Strong English written and oral communication skills to collaborate with other engineers (worldwide)
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to identify effective solutions while closely meeting deadlines.
