Engineering & MLOps
- Support deployment of AI models into production environments using MLOps best practices
- Build and maintain APIs that integrate AI capabilities into client-facing and enterprise systems
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to detect drift and ensure model reliability
Collaborative Consulting
- Partner with AI Managers to support technical feasibility assessments and client proposals
- Collaborate with Ontology Architects to integrate symbolic reasoning (Knowledge Graphs) with neural models (LLMs)
- Maintain clear documentation for codebases, architectures, and deployment processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with an AI/ML focus
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in AI/ML development (including internships, research, or significant academic projects)
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java, C++, or Go is a plus
- AI/ML Stack: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
- Data Skills: Experience with SQL and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and/or graph databases (Neo4j)
- Cloud Exposure: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset—focused on solving business problems, not just technical challenges
