The Role
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from initial scoping and data manipulation to delivering production-quality visualizations and dashboards for executive audiences.
• Employ statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and uncertainty quantification to provide routine and alert-triggered campaign assessments for senior leadership.
• Utilize distributed computing frameworks like Spark or DASK to process and analyze massive structured and unstructured datasets across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate strategic military intent into rigorous analytical frameworks and reproducible models.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for coding standards, version control using Git, and automated data pipelines.
What You’ll Need
• Active TS/SCI Clearance (Mandatory).
• 4+ years of professional experience in data science, statistical analysis, or quantitative research.
• Mastery of Python or R, specifically using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or Tidyverse for algorithm development.
• Deep expertise in SQL for large-scale data management across warehouses and experience with Databricks or Spark environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex statistical findings to high-ranking stakeholders, paired with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
