What you'll be doing:
Crafting and building system level test software stacks by applying APIs provided by various software elements such as camera, imaging, inference engine software, boot software, and error handling frameworks against the safety and security requirements.
Following automotive safety and security processes, analyzing requirements, and architecture to identify hardware and software integration aspects for system-level test cases.
Collaborating with various component teams to support customers, enable issue re-creation, provide app references, build sanity reports, and contribute to software solutions, ensuring software quality.
Building innovative ways to improve and expand safety software integration testing methods, aligning with functional, performance, safety, and security needs.
Assisting with automation, dashboards, trackers, and crafting effective and measurable reports.

What we need to see:
Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical/electronics/computer science engineering.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded software.
Familiarity with tools such as JAMA, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, collaboration tools, Office scripts (Microsoft Excel), and source control systems (Git, Perforce).
Practical experience with scripting languages (Python etc.), REST API (server-client APIs), code instrumentation, static code analysis (Understand, Coverity, etc.), and test/automation frameworks.
Strong programming skills in C or C++ in an embedded OS environment.
Ability to collaborate with multiple development teams to gain and share knowledge, refine processes, and identify system integration aspects.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Practical knowledge of camera, imaging software, or other complex middleware on Linux, QNX, or other real-time operating systems.
Detailed understanding of OS fundamentals in application space, multi-processor/threading, and client-server models.
Working knowledge in the automotive domain, software development process areas, and automotive safety standards (ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434, MISRA-C, CERT-C, etc.).
Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and an ambitious demeanor.
