User Research Data Specialists
Hiring User Research Data Specialists to support a dynamic research team in PHX. This position is onsite daily. As a User Research Data Specialists, you will analyze video recordings based on data collected from prototype consumer electronic devices. You’ll be trained on how to edit the information recorded.
Schedule: Mon - Friday 9-5, some longer days/Saturdays
Project: 6 weeks + long term possibility
DAY TO DAY
- Enter participant numbers and details into Microsoft Lists and other platforms with precision.
- Review datasets for errors or missing information and document findings.
- Generate visual reports (graphs and tables) for internal use.
- Coordinate data entry across multiple software tools to maintain seamless integration.
- Assist in video content review and editing to remove sensitive information.
- Ensure all tasks meet strict accuracy and confidentiality requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Recent college graduate with a degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Biomechanics or experience with User Studies
- Customer Service Background or strong interpersonal skills
- A/V equipment knowledge (production assistants, audio/visual techs etc)
- Prior data collection/data documentation experience for user studies
- Microsoft Excel (and suite)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Consumer product/device testing preferred
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
