Team is building out agents for retirement services- chat gpt for adp essentially
no ML skills more building the application around ML piece
Core Programming
* Python (Backend Engineering): 6+ Years
* Must include: AsyncIO (async/await), Pydantic, and REST API development (FastAPI)
* Containerization (Docker): 4+ Years
* Must include: Multi-stage builds and optimization for serverless containers.
AWS Cloud Infrastructure
* AWS Compute & Networking (ECS Fargate, ECR, API Gateway, Route 53): 4+ Years
* AWS Security (IAM, Secrets Manager, VPC Config): 4+ Years
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK): 3+ Years
Generative AI & LLMs
* LLM Integration (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Gateway): 2 Years (Market Max). I'll take 1 year too because it's urgent req.
* Agent Frameworks (Strands SDK, LangChain, or LlamaIndex): 2+ Years again 1 year can make do
* Must include: Experience building stateful agents, custom tool creation, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
* Vector Databases & RAG (Pinecone, Qdrant, or similar): 1+ Years
System Integration
* API Client Architecture: 5+ Years
* Must include: Building robust API adapters for internal/corporate gateways, handling custom authentication, retries, and circuit breakers.
