For this role, we have partnered with an Employer of Record (EoR) vendor which allows us to collaborate with contingent professionals across different regions. Please note that for this position, you will be employed directly by our EoR who will be responsible for all employer obligations, including payroll, benefits, and local HR support, and you will be contracted out to Komodo Health. What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar administrative support role in an Agile environment.
- Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (Admin experience preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the healthcare technology industry is a plus, but not required.
