Responsibilities
Executive Team Operating Rhythm and Efficiency
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency within the Office of the CEO and the executive leadership team.
- Managing agendas, preparation, logistics, and execution of weekly executive staff meetings, All Hands, quarterly offsites, and more.
- Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple executives and their teams. This includes tracking progress on company-wide projects, managing dependencies between departments, and escalating issues that need executive attention.
- Ensure information flows effectively between the CEO and other executives.
- As needed, assist with onboarding new executives, helping them understand company culture, processes, and relationships.
Communication and Liaison
- Draft and coordinate communications and presentations, as needed for the CEO.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist CEO with executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
External Events
- Filter and prioritize external event invitations, ensuring CEO's time is spent on events that maximize impact and align with strategic objectives.
- Manage logistics around the CEO's participation, coordinating with event organizers, other attendees, regional customers, etc.
- Identify key relationships to cultivate at events, prepare briefing materials on attendees the CEO should meet, facilitate introductions, and follow up on connections made during events.
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Oversee and manage high-priority projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to the CEO and leadership team.
Key Metrics for Success
- Timely execution of all tasks big and small.
- Quality of All Hands, board materials, offsites, strategic reviews, and goal setting/medium-term planning processes.
- Improved operational efficiency within the executive office.
- Effective management and completion of strategic and operational projects.
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Enhanced communication and coordination between the CEO and other departments.

- Work experience in a relevant industry or role including project management. Consulting experience and/or former Chief of Staff preferred.
- 8+ years of operating experience.
- MBA preferred.
