We are now looking for a System Test Engineering Manager to manage Datacenter product testers. You will join the Test Solution Group at Taiwan that architects and develops manufacturing test solutions for Datacenter system products at NVIDIA. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise, you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager, you will explore the challenging areas of test, tester/rack development and deployment for high quality products to customers.
What you'll be doing:

Provide effective leadership to engineers to develop and deploy testers and racks in the CMs/ODMs to fulfil NPI and production test capacity.
Define manufacturing test solutions and test strategy for System products, translating them to methodologies, processes, and qualified test fixtures, equipment, and diagnostic software applicable across Datacenter product segments.
Lead the partnership with internal and external hardware and software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for Data Center products.
Setup, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and 3rd party test sites.
Oversee test facility design and development with efficient air and liquid cooling setup, and plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components; identify failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
Drive key tester critical metrics including tester uptime, recovery time, timely reporting, material management, and manage overall test facility KPIs.
Provide regular tester and test facility status reporting and continuous improvement recommendations to management.
What we need to see:
10+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation.
7+ years of manufacturing testing experience at a production factory.
3+ years of experience in facility cooling design and management. Liquid cooling knowledge is big bonus.
BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system.
Experience designing, qualifying, and upgrading test fixtures/testers.
Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies and systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowing English and Mandarin is a must
