Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for healthcare-focused use cases.
- Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and support predictive modeling initiatives.

- Optimize model performance, reliability, and explainability in production environments.
- Build and maintain pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI techniques and apply them to real healthcare challenges.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data-focused engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistics, and model evaluation.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Familiarity with deploying models into production environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
- Experience working with healthcare data or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
- Experience with MLOps tools or workflow orchestration.
