About the Role:
We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer to scale and own the core intelligence layer of Prismera. As one of our first technical hires, you'll partner directly with the founders to architect models, pipelines, and systems that define how the product works at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement end-to-end AI systems for document understanding, extraction, retrieval, and reasoning
- Own model orchestration, evaluation, fine-tuning, and iteration for production workloads
- Build scalable inference pipelines and data infrastructure for high-volume CRE documents
- Translate messy real-world CRE problems into robust machine learning and LLM solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years building production ML / AI systems or equivalent research + applied experience
- Strong experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and document processing pipelines
- Ability to design full-stack AI systems from data ingestion through user-facing output
- High agency, fast execution, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup
- Triple-digit zetamac score
