Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning and NLP algorithms for classification, ranking, matching, and semantic search using real recruitment datasets.
- Fine-tune, and evaluate models using Python and AI/ML frameworks with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Build data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training using Pandas or PySpark
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments using FastAPI
- Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability across cloud environments (*This is a must have*)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or 5-10 years of hands on Software Development experience
- 3–5 years of hands on experience in machine learning, NLP, or applied AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LLaMA, GPT-based models, Mistral, etc.) and building NLP pipelines.
- Experience using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus) for semantic search or recommendation systems.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing AI applications for search, matching, recommendation systems, or chatbot-style interactions.
- Understanding of RAG frameworks, embeddings, and LLM prompting strategies.
- Exposure to Airflow, Prefect, or other orchestration tools.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL tools, or distributed computing frameworks.

Salary Description
$110,000 – $135,000 (based on experience and technical specialization)
