About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will work on advanced image and video processing solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and modern computer vision algorithms. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and experience delivering production-ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms for image and video processing.
- Work on areas including object detection, tracking, recognition, OCR, 3D vision, camera calibration, SLAM/SfM, and activity recognition.
- Build and train models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Utilize OpenCV and related libraries for feature extraction and processing tasks.
- Develop high-performance code in Python, C, and C++11+.
- Optimize models using parallelization, vectorization, and performance tuning techniques.
- Contribute to Android-based CV applications (Android CV is a strong advantage).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in design, testing, integration, and deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in computer vision, image processing, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C, C++11+ (Java is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (CV/ML specialization preferred).
- Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Object detection / Tracking / Recognition
- Multiple view geometry
- OCR
- Camera calibration
- 3D data processing
- SfM / SLAM
- Activity recognition
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and other ML/CV tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Agile development is a plus.
