Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related discipline and 4+ years of experience building AI/ML technologies, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of hands-on programming experience with languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or Java
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years deploying scalable and responsible AI systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar private cloud stacks)
- Experience designing and supporting production-grade AI services
- Expertise creating AI/ML components such as LLM inference pipelines, vector search systems, guardrail frameworks, or memory architectures using languages like Python, C++, C#, Java, or Go
- Experience applying advanced optimization strategies to enhance training and inference performance across cost, latency, throughput, and hardware utilization
- Strong interest in staying current with the evolving AI research landscape and a talent for thoughtfully applying new methods in production environments
