Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to drive digital transformation through scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, solution deployment, and end-to-end architecture for enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or 3 years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education)
- Must be local or willing to relocate to: Richardson TX / Raleigh NC / Hartford CT / Tempe AZ / Indianapolis IN
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 2+ years of experience in AI, Data Engineering, and high-volume data pipeline development
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), Data Science, or Data Engineering
- Proven experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions
AI/ML & GenAI
- Performance tuning for AI/ML and Generative AI workloads
- Experience in hyperparameter optimization
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions across cloud-native environments
