About the Role
The team is building and training AI agents capable of autonomously discovering and exploiting software vulnerabilities across large enterprise and open-source codebases.
As a Senior ML Research Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to the design and development of agentic pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and reinforcement learning environments that power next-generation security automation.
Responsibilities
• Build state-of-the-art AI agent pipelines optimized for detecting and reasoning about complex software vulnerabilities
• Design, maintain, and evolve evaluation benchmarks that capture real-world security challenges
• Develop training procedures and RL environments to improve the adaptability and precision of coding agents
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a product already helping customers identify and remediate high-impact vulnerabilities within days of deployment
Qualifications
• 3+ years of full-time experience in AI research engineering, with focus areas in ML, DL, or NLP
• Proven experience developing machine learning models at scale, from research to production impact
• Strong programming expertise in Python with hands-on experience in PyTorch
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Passion for AI-driven security, and curiosity for new tools and techniques in this evolving space
• Strong problem-solving ability and a commitment to building robust, scalable, and maintainable systems
