- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine-learning models for predictive analytics, credit scoring, fraud detection, and personalization.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build efficient data pipelines and model-serving frameworks.
- Apply MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of AI-driven services integrated with core fintech applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, sharing best practices in experimentation, evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience building and deploying ML models into production using cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines (Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and real-time model serving.
- Background in fintech, payments, or data-driven SaaS environments is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, autonomous working style.
