Our Client is looking for an AI Engineer who’s passionate about building impactful Generative AI applications from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that elevate user experiences and deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Do
- Build, deploy, and refine GenAI applications in production environments
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions
- Work hands-on with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-native technologies
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve LLM-powered capabilities
- Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to align with strategic goals
- Support best‑in‑class engineering standards and iterative delivery
- Learn from senior engineers and mentor peers as the team grows
Required
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in hands-on engineering roles (startup or enterprise)
- Strong experience building full products from scratch and operating them in production
- 1+ year of experience delivering applications powered by AI/ML models
- 2+ years working with large datasets or data-intensive systems
- 2+ years with containers, cloud-native apps, and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience across the tech stack
- Exposure to proprietary and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Commitment to code quality, testing, and reliable engineering practices
- Experience evaluating LLM output quality and safety
- Clear communication skills—written and verbal
- Interest in mentoring, collaboration, and ongoing learning
- Ability to tackle complex problems in distributed systems
- Familiarity with Python and/or front-end development
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields
