What You’ll Focus On
- Implement and optimize AI/ML pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), and multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video)
- Collaborate with leading AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and AWS
- Build data extraction workflows to transform complex information into structured formats (PostgreSQL, BigQuery) for downstream AI
- Design conversational, task-oriented AI agents that integrate with enterprise and clinical systems
- Engineer prompt-based workflows to maximize accuracy and scalability
- Rapidly prototype, deploy, and optimize AI-powered features at scale
- Develop APIs and backend infrastructure for delivering high-performance AI across products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, and data science teams
- Set engineering standards as a founding team member, contributing to team culture and growth
Who You Are
- 2-6 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML
- Entrepreneurial mindset with side projects or startup experience a plus
- Skilled in Python, Node.js, PyTorch, and familiar with RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and LLM technologies
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment
