You’ll design and deploy the AI systems that help DiversyFund raise $1B+ annually — automating investor engagement, underwriting, and acquisition workflows. We’re not looking for theorists — we want builders who can move from idea to MVP to production quickly.
What You’ll Do
· Build AI systems that automate investor acquisition, relations, and analysis.
· Create machine learning and LLM-powered models (scoring, sentiment, follow-ups, deal evaluation).
· Integrate AI tools with HubSpot, Aloware, CRM, and portal via APIs and webhooks.
· Collaborate with Platform Engineer + AI Ops Manager for seamless production deployment.
· Engineer clean data pipelines for training and inference.
· Continuously test and refine models tied to revenue metrics.
· Stay at the forefront of LLM, multi-agent, and automation innovation.
· Translate business vision into AI architecture.
· Document code, workflows, and logic for transparency and scale.
90-Day Impact Goals
· Deliver the first Investor Intelligence Engine — combining CRM, Stripe, and engagement data.
· Launch the AI Investor Relations Agent using GPT logic for live investor support.
· Connect all systems for continuous data flow.
· Achieve measurable wins: +30% faster investor response time, +25% more qualified investor identification, and full documentation of AI architecture.
What You Bring
· Deep knowledge of GPT APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS.
· Skilled in Python, FastAPI/Flask, SQL, Docker, AWS/GCP.
· Experienced with ETL pipelines, API integrations, CI/CD.
· Familiar with HubSpot + Banking APIs and CRM logic.
· Data-driven mindset — design, deploy, measure.
· Clear communicator who can explain AI logic to executives.
Bonus Points
· Fintech or proptech experience.
· Knowledge of real estate or capital markets.
· Experience with RAG systems, multi-agent orchestration, or Streamlit dashboards.
