We are a stealth-mode venture building a next-generation AI automation platform. The system will manage large numbers of digital identities across professional and communication platforms. These AI-powered profiles will need to post, interact, message, and operate convincingly at scale.
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer to build the automation backbone that powers this vision.
Role Overview
As our AI Automation Engineer, you will design and implement the orchestration layer that allows hundreds of accounts to operate daily. Your job is to blend AI + automation so these identities behave credibly, post content, engage in conversations, and handle outreach without triggering platform restrictions.
This is an early-stage, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with leadership. Your work will define the success of the entire project.
Responsibilities
• Build automation workflows that manage account activity at scale (posting, commenting, connecting, messaging).
• Integrate LLMs to generate human-like content and responses.
• Implement rate-limiting, randomization, and safety rules to mimic natural human behavior.
• Manage multi-account orchestration: session handling, cookies, proxies, device fingerprints.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs (activity levels, engagement, responses, health of accounts).
• Rapidly prototype → deploy → iterate to get a working MVP within weeks.
Requirements
• Strong skills in Python or Node.js (automation scripting, APIs, orchestration).
• Experience with browser automation (Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium).
• Experience with LLM/AI integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.).
• Familiarity with multi-account environments (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp or similar).
• Comfortable with proxies, session management, and anti-detection tooling.
• Bias toward speed: ability to take vague goals and turn them into working systems fast.
• Bonus: Growth-hacking, marketing automation, or RPA experience.
