You will lead the AI integration layer at CollegePass across undergraduate, MS, and MBA admissions journeys. This includes GPT-powered assistants for profile scoring, resume analysis, college and career recommendations, SOP/essay feedback, and embedding-based memory systems via LangChain and Pinecone. You will build scalable prompt chains that adapt to different personas and levels — and power the heart of our personalized advising engine.
Key Responsibilities- Design GPT-4 assistant workflows for:
- UG students: activity evaluation, college shortlist, essay ideas
- MS applicants: SOP suggestions, project alignment, research directions
- MBA applicants: goals essays, resume readiness, school fit
- Build and maintain a LangChain-based RAG system integrated with Pinecone to enable memory, context recall, and document augmentation.
- Parameterize and personalize prompts based on:
- Grade level, curriculum, activities, scores
- Career test output, resume quality, parental background
- Applicant segment (UG, MS, MBA)
- Collaborate with the Product Data Scientist to:
- Ingest scoring logic and recommendation rules into GPT workflows
- Incorporate behavior-based activity tiering into response logic
- Integrate AI outputs via secure APIs into React dashboards and advisor tools
- Optimize performance: token usage, latency, multi-turn prompt chaining
- Test outputs across segments and improve response relevance and tone
