About the Role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the company’s core technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training and deploying state-of-the-art models for parsing and interpreting unstructured data.
- Experimenting with novel techniques to improve the accuracy of LLMs.
- Building data pipelines, evaluating model performance, and integrating models into the product.
- Working closely with the founding team and customers to shape the product direction and engineering strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models used in production systems.
- Exceptional skills in Python and experience with computer vision and vision-language models (VLMs).
- Experience in API integration and building your own tools (e.g., quick apps like Streamlit to test hypotheses or create datasets).
- A quantitative approach to product development, with the ability to debug, experiment, and iterate quickly.
- High standards for quality and the ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to shipping.

- Have founding experience or have worked at an early-stage startup, helping shape products at their core.
