Owl Practice Suite is looking for an experienced product manager to own our platform strategy. This role spans many types of activities, from strategic to tactical. A Product Manager provides cross-functional leadership and bridges organizational gaps between different functional groups, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and maintain a clear and actionable product strategy for platform consolidation ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and market demand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer support, and sales to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring that it is communicated effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and working closely with customers to understand their requirements and pain points
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, making recommendations for product improvements accordingly.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of the product.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:

Prior experience with consolidation and unification of products into a singular platform.
4+ years of experience in product management
Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes, Jira, Roadmapping tools
Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
