As AI Application Engineer - Head of AI’s Right Hand right hand, you’ll take full ownership of our LangGraph-based agent system.

What you’ll do:

• Build & maintain our core LangGraph agent system (50% of time)—your playground for complex architectures.

• Prompt engineering: Write, optimize, and A/B test prompts (25%)—craft magic with few-shot examples and chain-of-thought.

• Agent evaluation: Develop test frameworks and track quality metrics (15%)—ensure reliability at scale.

• Innovation: Benchmark models, experiment with custom fine-tuning (10%)—push boundaries with cutting-edge tech.

Requirements

You’re the right fit if:

Prompting is your passion: You know great AI is 50% architecture, 50% prompts. Chain-of-thought and few-shot thrill you.
LangChain/LangGraph pro: Production experience with LCEL, custom tools, agent flows (share your GitHub).
