AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (Entry-Level)

We are looking for a motivated and innovative AI Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates and those with less than 2 years of experience who are eager to dive into the world of AI and automation. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to meaningful projects that enhance productivity and customer experience.

This is a REMOTE option - Those residing in AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NE, NH, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, & WI are welcome to apply!

Compensation for this position starts at $75,000

What You Will Do

Assist in Designing and Developing: Help design and develop AI-driven automation workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Leverage Large Language Models: Use tools like OpenAI, GPT, or create intelligent solutions for task automation and enhanced communication interfaces
Support Integration: Work on integrating AI solutions into existing chat systems, phone systems, or other tools to provide seamless and intuitive user experiences
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions tailored to business needs
Monitor and Evaluate: Help monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models and automation processes to ensure they perform optimally
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to propose innovative solutions
Document Processes: Document workflows, processes, and system integrations for future reference and scalability
Explore New Technologies: Investigate and suggest new technologies to implement efficiencies in our environment

What We'd Like You To Have

Basic Understanding of AI: A foundational knowledge of AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models and their applications
Programming Skills: Basic programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages
Interest in NLP: An interest in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and stay updated on the latest AI advancements
Passion for Automation: A passion for creating intelligent automation systems
Cloud Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their AI offerings is a plus
Data Analysis Skills: A Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus
Customer-Facing AI Experience: Prior experience with customer-facing AI applications, such as chatbots or virtual assistants, is a plus
