*Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually*

Collaborate with key stakeholders across global offices and teams (sales, operations, etc.) to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities
Analyze business processes to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency, including providing recommendations for key metrics
Document and take notes at crucial strategic meetings and follow up with relevant teams and partners to ensure alignment on actions and next steps
Track key metrics across ongoing projects and present regular status reports, sharing insights with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved
Drive alignment between departments to meet shared goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
1-3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a startup environment
Resourceful self-starter with strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders across all levels
Proficiency with software such as Excel and PowerPoint
